This 32-foot twin span CON/SPAN^® Bridge System, approved by PennDOT, was installed at the end of December in 2004. The formliner was colored to blend in with the historical surroundings and its unique parapet was designed to resemble its predecessor. This was the preferred, cost-effective choice over a clear span option.
