A-2026’s minimum 115 psi pipe stiffness matches the growing demand for high-strength, small-diameter sewer pipe. Its PVC compound meets cell class 12454 (ASTM D1784), providing excellent long-term strength and durability for years of trouble-free performance.
Integral factory-formed bell and spigot joints with double sealing surface elastomeric gaskets are easy to install. Moreover, the completed joint is extremely watertight, flexible and shear resistant. Joint tightness greatly exceeds the requirements of ASTM D3212. A-2026 gaskets meet the requirements of ASTM F477. A-2026 provides that extra measure of reliability to provide continued watertight performance throughout the life of the system.
A-2026’s light weight and long lengths (12.5ft) make for easy jobsite handling. Even with its high stiffness, the double wall (corrugated) design of A-2026 is resin efficient. It is engineered to provide long-term service and performance as well as material cost savings over regular PVC sewer pipes.
