The Cambridge Truss

The proven Cambridge style Warren Truss is an all-bolted or welded superstructure engineered for clear spans of up to 200 ft. long. Designed with a polygonal top chord, two diagonal members in each truss panel, and a vertical member at each interior bottom chord panel point, the Cambridge style truss is ideal for most river, rail and road applications. Multi lane and sidewalk options available. Unique to U.S. Bridge, our bridges are designed with the bottom (tension) chord of each truss that consists of two equal members (a double bottom chord) to provide redundancy to the structure.  Numerous flooring options available.

 

 

 

The Cambridge Flat Truss

Similar in design to the Cambridge, the Cambridge Flat style Warren truss can be either an all-bolted or welded superstructure that has a horizontal, flat top chord, two diagonal members in each truss panel, and a vertical member at each interior bottom chord panel point.  Like the Cambridge, the bottom (tension) chord of each truss consists of two equal members (a double bottom chord) to provide redundancy. The Viking Truss

The Viking Pratt truss design can be an all-bolted or an all-welded structure with a continuous arched top chord, a single diagonal member in each truss panel, vertical end posts, and a vertical member at each interior bottom chord panel point. Similar to most of our vehicular bridges, the bottom (tension) chord of each truss will consist of two equal members to provide redundancy to the superstructure. Numerous flooring options available.

 

 

The Seneca Truss

Based on a Pratt truss design, the Seneca is an all-welded superstructure that features an aesthetically pleasing, continuous arched top chord along with a single diagonal member in each truss panel, and a vertical member at each interior bottom chord panel point.  In a vehicular application, the Seneca style truss, the bottom (tension) chord of each truss will consist of two equal members of adequate size to provide redundancy to the superstructure. The Cortez Truss

The Cortez is an all-bolted short span steel beam bridge and is available in custom lengths of up to 80 ft with no splices, and with bolted transverse diaphragms and offset supports for the guiderail system. Designed specifically for self installation with no need for special equipment, the Cortez steel beam bridge has been engineered to use existing abutments. Numerous flooring options available.

 

 

The Faux Truss

Based on the Cortez design, faux trusses can be added to the structure to provide an architectural, aesthetic look to the bridge structure. Designed specifically for self installation with no need for special equipment, faux trusses can be added the beam bridge structure while still being able to use the existing abutments. Numerous flooring options available.

 

 

 

 

 

The Freedom Series Thru-Truss

Designed for lengths of up to 300 ft, the all-bolted Freedom Series Thru-Truss features upper portals that provide extra rigidity and stability to the superstructure for that extra clear span length. Maintenance-free, the Freedom Series Thru-Truss can accommodate a wide variety of flooring options and is available, like all our bridges, in a galvanized, self weathering or painted finish.  Multi lane and sidewalk options available. Numerous flooring options available.
