Ronald C. Keating
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Keating comes to Contech from Kennametal Inc. where he was President of its Metalworking Solutions and Services Group. Prior to that, Keating held other leadership positions at Kennametal and was responsible for many businesses globally including the energy, mining and construction groups. Prior to that, Keating began his career at Ingersoll-Rand where he spent nine years and was a General Manager. Keating holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Jeffrey S. Lee
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Lee joined Contech from Kennametal Inc. At Kennametal, he was CFO of its $1.7 billion Metalworking Solutions and Services Group. Lee maintained global financial responsibility for 41 manufacturing plants, 10,000 employees and 350 finance professionals including CFOs in India, Switzerland, Singapore and the Americas. Prior to that, Lee held several financial positions at Eaton Corporation, most recently Operations Controller for its $1.3 billion aerospace business. Lee holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an MBA from Duke University.

Michael M. Rafi
Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer
Michael Rafi joined Contech following a distinguished career with the Oshkosh Corporation where he was Vice President and General Manager of the Caterpillar Alliance Group, a global business in the JLG division. Prior to that, Rafi held a variety of leadership positions in business development, legal and strategic planning. Prior to JLG, Mike practiced law at the law firm of Church & Houff in Baltimore, MD. Rafi holds a B.A. degree from Loyola College, a J.D. from Catholic University Law School, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Steve R. Spanagel
President, Sales East
Steve Spanagel's career with Contech has spanned two decades and several corporate and regional posts. Currently President of Sales, Spanagel's previous positions include Contech Regional Vice President–Atlantic Region and Vice President of Keystone Retaining Walls, a Contech company. His first assignment with the company was in 1985 as an Assistant Sales Engineer in Topeka, KS. Spanagel holds a BSCE degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Andrew J. Sabados
President, Sales West
Sabados joined Contech in 1976. Prior to his current role, Sabados was Regional VP of the South Central Region. He has held a number of positions including Sales Engineer, Regional Engineer, Regional Manager of the Mid-South Region, VP of Marketing of CMP Products, Regional VP of the Northwest Region and VP of Marketing Drainage Division. Sabados graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and Arkansas

Thomas P. Slabe
President, Stormwater
Slabe joined Contech in 2006 as Vice President of Marketing for the Stormwater Division and was a significant contributor to the development and execution of the Stormwater business strategy and functional organization. Slabe has diverse sales and marketing experience previously serving as Director of Strategic Account Management and Marketing/Product Management at Dayton Superior Corporation. Prior to that, he was Director of Corporate and Strategic Accounts at SIP Corporation. Slabe holds BBA and MBA degrees from Cleveland State University.

Vernon B. Cameron
President, Drainage and Technology
Cameron comes to Contech from Kennametal Inc. where he was Vice President of Marketing. He was responsible for global product management over both Metalworking Solutions and Advanced Material Solutions. Prior to that, Cameron held Vice President and General Manager roles at Ingersoll Rand - Drilling Solutions and Sandvik-Tamrock Canada, and was the Chief Financial Officer at both Sandvik-Tamrock and ACME Building & Construction Ltd. Cameron holds a B-Comm from Laurentian University, a Canadian Chartered Accountant Designation and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ed Zax
President, Structures
Zax joined Contech in 2005 as the President of Bridge Technologies. Prior to founding BridgeTek LLC in 1994, Zax was General Manager of the Southeast region of ESSROC Materials whose total domestic revenues exceeded $1 Billion. Zax holds both his B.S. and M. Eng. degrees from the University of Louisville.

Mo Heshmati
President, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Heshmati joins Contech from Kennametal Inc. where he was Vice President Global Manufacturing of its $1.7 billion Metalworking Solutions and Services group. He was responsible for global manufacturing including 41 facilities in Brazil, China, Europe, India, Israel, Mexico and North America and over 10,000 employees. Prior to that, Heshmati was Vice President of Operations for the Americas in the Bath & Kitchen division of the American Standard Companies, Vice President of Inflator Operations at Autoliv Inflators and Vice President and General Manager of the Worldwide Automotive Hose division at Gates Rubber Company. Heshmati holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Knox College in Illinois and a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University.
